How to Order Sheet Music from Abbie Betinis Music Company

1) Please place your order through my online order form, note your PO number (if necessary) in the box at the bottom, and, finally, in the message box, write a little note to me requesting the dealer discount and noting the customer's name if possible. Then press "SEND THIS ORDER!" to submit your order to my office. I will google you to make sure you are a dealer, but I will not contact your customer. Knowing the name of the customer simply helps me keep track of state and regional premieres. In most cases, you will receive an additional 5% discount for noting the customer's name in the message box.

If you prefer, you may email POs to me at , but that comes into my general inbox with other correspondence and can sometimes take longer to process. (Please note: I do not have a FAX machine.)

2) I will process your order as soon as I can. It's just me in my office, so it can sometimes take 3-5 days.  (If for some reason you have not heard from me within that time, please feel free to send me a gentle nudge over email at the address above.)

3) I'll email you an invoice and an estimated ship date, when your order has been processed.

Please note: If your order is quite large, you may receive your SHIPPING charges on separate invoice. This allows me to charge more exactly for shipping. There are no extra handling fees on large orders, only the shipping at cost.

4) Send me your payment. Your payment is due 30 days from the date your order was processed. Please pay your invoice by check (make it out to "Abbie Betinis Music Company"), and send to:

Yes, I offer a discount to dealers. Dealers who can supply me with the customer's name and/or organization receive an additional 5% discount on top of my standard dealer discount. Please place your order through my online order form, note your PO number (if necessary) in the box at the bottom, and, finally, in the message box, write a little note to me requesting the dealer discount and noting the customer's name if possible. Important note: If you are ordering for a convention, the festival organizers may have negotiated special Dealer pricing with Abbie Betinis Music Co., in which case the extra 5% discount has already been added to the dealer discount.

Payments are due 30 days from the invoice date. After an additional 30-day grace period, a late fee will be charged.

  Why can't I choose to buy Digital Editions? (Click to view/hide)
Digital Editions are not generally available to dealers, but please contact me if that format helps you for a reading session or convention especially.

Though returns are not accepted from individual customers, Abbie Betinis Music Co will accept returns of printed sheet music and unopened CDs -- FROM DEALERS ONLY -- within 60 days of the ship date. Products arriving back in my office in like-new condition will be fully refunded. Products arriving in less-than-new condition will not be refunded. Abbie Betinis Music Co is not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping, so please package your returns carefully to avoid damage in transit. If the scores are written in or damaged in any way, there will be no refund given for their return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

  Can my company pay with a credit card? (Click to view/hide)
I strongly prefer to receive payments from dealers in the USA by check, if at all possible. Dealers outside the US, have the option to pay by check (though it must be drawn on US funds), or with a credit card through PayPal. If you are a US dealer who absolutely must pay online by credit card, there will be a $2 convenience fee for orders totaling $200 or less, and a 3% convenience fee for orders over $200.

  I need your W9 and Federal Tax ID to set you up as a vendor. (Click to view/hide)
Check the box at the bottom of the order form to receive a copy of my W9 attached to your confirmation email. Leave any instructions for me (i.e. if I should email my W9 to a different address) in the message box at the bottom of your order. If you already sent your order to my office, please send me an email to request a copy of my W9 form and Federal Tax ID.

Vender forms often want to know if Abbie Betinis Music Co. is a Woman-Owned Business. Oddly enough, though I am a woman and I own my own business, I am not designated a 'Woman-owned Business' because there is a $350 fee to become certified. (Want to help me become certified? Donate here.)

  Who needs to fill in the tax exempt number? (Click to view/hide)
Only customers whose billing address is in Minnesota need to fill out the tax exempt number (if indeed they are tax-exempt). Out-of-state orders are not taxed, but if you do happen to fill it in, I will keep it on file here so, in case I am selling music in your state someday (at a conference, for instance), I'll have it.
